Monika Baumann

Specialist in finances and accounting with the Swiss Federal certificate, managing director, real estate manager and holder of the Swiss Federal certificate.

I started my career by training to become a hotel professional and enhanced my program with stays abroad to learn French, English, Italian and Portuguese.

 

In 1996, my career began as head of finances in the Swiss branch of the hotel group Steigenberger Hotels AG. Here there were interesting projects such as the introduction of new software for cost accounting and budgeting. During this time, I completed the Higher Business Diploma at the Zurich Commercial School (KLZ) and training to earn the Swiss Federal specialist certificate in finances and accounting.

In 2001, I became head of accounting at Hyperion Solutions Schweiz AG, an American software corporation. I then developed an interest in more accounting projects which I pursued in 2004 at Data Quest AG, the largest dealer of Apple products in Switzerland. 

 

In 2006 I founded my own company, which I have been running since 2009 as “monere treuhand gmbh” in Limmatfeld in Dietikon. In the course of time I took over additional tasks in the field of real estate for my clients. The experience I gained, supplemented by my training as a real estate manager with a federal certificate, has given me not only the specialist knowledge but also the fine instinct for this area of business.
