I started my career by training to become a hotel professional and enhanced my program with stays abroad to learn French, English, Italian and Portuguese.

In 1996, my career began as head of finances in the Swiss branch of the hotel group Steigenberger Hotels AG. Here there were interesting projects such as the introduction of new software for cost accounting and budgeting. The opening of a new hotel in Zurich also brought interesting challenges. During this time, I completed the Higher Business Diploma at the Zurich Commercial School (KLZ) and training to earn the Swiss Federal specialist certificate in finances and accounting.


Next, I became head of accounting at Hyperion Solutions Schweiz AG, an American software corporation. Shortly thereafter, I was interested in becoming active in the trust company sector. I was able to do this at Ferax Treuhand AG.

In order to meet the demands of the trust company sector, I continually took advanced training courses in tax law, personnel administration and wage and salary policy as well as a course for IT for Swiss Computer Science Certificate (SIZ) users. I then developed an interest in more accounting projects which I pursued at Data Quest AG, the largest dealer of Apple products in Switzerland. 

In the back of my mind, thoughts were gelling to start my own company which I founded in 2006 initially as a sole proprietorship which then became monere treuhand gmbh in 2009.

Over time, I was entrusted with jobs in the real estate sector. The experience gained and the real estate manager training (Swiss Federal certificate) provided me with the necessary expertise and judgment.
