Dunning, legally enforceable collection Swiss Federal Law on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy (SchKG), debt collection proceedings, cancellation of claims by way of a judicial vitiation of a defense against the execution of a judgment.

Continuation of seizure or bankruptcy, management of loss certificates. The reasons for late payments are not always due to insolvency. Often there is a lack of willingness to pay and payments are deliberately put off. This is why a regular dunning process is indispensible as is contacting the debtor. This is the only way to identify the debtor's conduct and to take timely and appropriate action.

Taking preventative actions

For new clients, particularly with larger business volumes, we consider it prudent to do a credit check. Even in the order processing it is possible to take precautionary measures such as countersigned order confirmations, work reports and so on. This makes debt collection much easier.
